Below is a link to an article on sugar withdrawls. If you read it, check out the comments below it, too. Super interesting, other people's experiences cutting out sugar. Makes you realize how damaging it really is to your body.

  1. hey suze, it's bec.

so i want to say i support your love of salad and use a large mixing bowl every night. i will be trying the avacodo dressing tonight.
for the die hard ranch dressing lovers it is easy to take your packet of hidden valley (no premade, yuck!!!) and use skim milk and then 1/2 mayo for the oily mouth feel and 1 c. greek yougurt. this recipe has a small amount of evil but it wont leave you missing your fav. dressing.
my blue cheese is cut 50 50 with white balsalmic vinegar from trader joes. i run in the blender so it fully combines. i use less since it is runny and coats everything with 1/2 the cals.
newest addition to my salads is nutritional yeast!!! love it!!!!!! has the greatest flavor with either of the two types of dressing i discussed. not sure about others. but yummmy
Hungry girl is on every sat. and loving that too!! cauliflower potato salad swap it pretty good if your are craving. also her brocoli "pasta" salad swap dose trick the brain into thinking you ate pasta. so i miss you and hope all is well. im just doing about the same. trying to embrace my bulk, strong is the new skinny right!!
